This game is a favourite game of mine, purely because I love Dragon ball. But its not just that, Its a step up from any of the other games that Bandai have released, it really tries to get the player involved.
So, what are my favourite bits? Well,
Hero mode for one. Its amazing!
the storyline is pretty good, and they even add a transformation in there. A bad thing about the transformation is that you
cant go further than a super saiyan, which is a real let down if you were really looking forward to that. You also have a pretty good storyline, which is also pretty short so you dont have to spend hours and hours in-front of the TV trying to complete it.
The multiplayer is pretty standard as well, it may be the same as all of the other multiplayer
but it can involve one of the custom characters you've made, if you want.
One thing i found pretty
disappointing about this game was the fact that the controls were a bit basic. it was like you were
pressing all of the same buttons over and over again to win every battle. But then again, I think this is the
sort of game that you want to just finish and have a chance to play around with and do what you want.
To conclude, This game is pretty
damn good. I would definitely recommend you buy it if you're into fighting games. The storyline in all of the modes is good, Hero mode is just awesome but remember - you're going to finish the game pretty soon with Basic controls!
